Angel and Panther Falls are along the same trail. they are locaated a few minutes from Tallulah Gorge. Go North of Tulllulah Gorge on US441 and turn left on Old 441 (approximatly 2 miles), there will be a sign for the Rabun Beach Recreation Area. Follow Old 441 just about 2.5 miles and make a left on Lake Rabun road. Go about 4 miles look for the Camping Area #2 entrance on your right, go through the first area (for overnight camping fee parking) to the back day parking ($2) area.
The walk a easy to moderate one approximately .75 mile to Panther Falls then you can continue on 600 yards to Angel falls, which is a steep walk, but worth it.
These shots were all taken with a Canon 20D and 24-70L Lens using a B+W ND103 and B+W CP mounted on a Bogen 3021Pro tripod and using a Bogen 322RC2 Ball/Grip head.
I rate these falls at a 6-7 and the acceess difficulty at 5-6 as well.
