Old Friends

Sue and John, matriarch and patriarch of the finest family I know. 40 years of friendship, and with the age differences, spanning almost 4 generations. Safe journeys, friends.

Beryl was a washout except to give some of the heaviest fog and cloud cover I've seen at the Vineyard. This was taken ~6p when the sun is usually brilliant red and blue. Dense fog and a light sprinkle of rain. I'm gonna be believing NOAA before weather.com anymore.

the overcast actually kept them from squinting, so cloud cover was a good thing =)
