Luis

About the only bright spot of the day was a visit with this adorable 16 month old (grandson of a friend at work). This was a little tough to develop, he has a beautiful olive skin, and between the crummy light and orange cracker all over him I couldn't tell what was what.

Anyway, I had a really, really lousy day. Don't comment on the pic, but if you want to tell me a funny story, it can even be a little over the top, I'd sure like to get a smile back where it belongs.

I'm glad I waited a day to see this-I would have missed the jokes! I hope today was much better.

OK how about this gem from one of my colleagues (which I hope isn't too rude & looks funny to someone out with our office!).
One of the blokes here came in without a tie which is against our unofficial dress code. He claims he forgot to pick it up when going out the door, secretly we realise that our Boss has been leaving his off, and this bloke was kissing up.
When threatened (jokingly) with having someone report him through the whistle blowing policy it was then suggested that he report himself - to which he replied “you’re right, I should blow myself”.
He’s not the brightest light in the street.

I had a bad day yesterday and could need some laughs. Hope you feel better today. Lovely shot of this little guy

Sorry Karen, I find it hard to crack jokes when my feet are aching. I'll share my misery though if you want ?? Luis is a cutie though despite the gunk on his dial :>)

Thanks, guys. All of you make me smile, everyday.
Just a crappy day at work, couple of my direct reports fouled up, and was working on correctly the problem all day. Thought I'd have to go in tomorrow, but may not have to. No breaks during the day, beautiful sunset sliding away out the window of the office. Busy time at work coming up, still have a week of vaca left, and trying to decide what to do. Tired of the furnace cranking all night. Time for the SAD medication :)

Well hello there master Luis. I'd bet that sure is tasty. He still has those blueish-grey eyes, filled with curiosity. You know I find that children usually always like food that is small and comes in a box. No, I wasn't talking about me,,, you can stop laughing now. :)

Oh by the way, this is an adorable shot. It makes me vomit a little, but its still adorable. It doesn't take much to get me to vomit so this is not a big deal.

oh my god Karen, tonight of all nights I am jokeless. I am just not funny today. I can't believe you have the day off tomorrow though... how unfair is that. So, what was all the unhappiness about today?

A heart warming shot Karen... the scenery you forget, but these shots you remember. Well captured.

Karen this is the kind of baby shot I love no matter who the belong to. I would have added some peanut butter to help the mess stick.

Well, atleast you get the day off tommorow. Some of us working in the communist party head quarters in Vermont (SUPER glad my boss doesnt know you) have to goto work. Anyhow, your photo is great! Love the low light cracker-crumb, almost ate my thumb effect. (smiling yet?)

:/ Sorry you had a crummy day. A hot bath, a glass of wine...a good night's sleep are my prescription. :) Fresh start tomorrow!

I had a crummy day too, Karen, but this photo made me smile. Look at it again and you will, too. So you see, you helped me!

Did you hear the one about the cannibal who passed his brother in the forest? ;-)
