Kirstin will kill me for this one

but I couldn't help it

Experimenting with 2 Pocket wizard Flex TT5, 1 off and 1 one camera, handheld by one of her kids. Firing 2 580EX. Slight crop on the right to get rid of a hand.

Awesome HSS. Out of the 20 or 30 shots, none had shutter banding, and they fired more or less perfectly. None less than 1/500, and some up to 1/5000th. Yes, 1/5000th. AV varied between f4.5 and f/8. Bright late afternoon sun. No shade. That's why some of them are a little squinty :)Blacks are a little blocked, so the next experiment will be to have another gun at the trees.

Posing wasn't the experiment here :)

Canon EOS 5D
1/2000s f/8.0 at 32.0mm iso100 full exif

other sizes: small medium large original auto

looks like you created some darn perfect light . . . and if I understood one iota of what you said, I'd probably impressed =))))
