During this trip we saw for the first time a lot of mushrooms (must have been the time of the year) and, also for the first time, I saw Porcini mushrooms in Canada!. Sorry If I get excited, but this type of mushroom is used a lot in Italian cousine and I did not know it could grow here in Canada. I had seen a lesser variety of the Porcino before (still edible but not nearly as good), but never the King Bolete ( Boletus edulis) . I was not sure about the park policy , so I regrettably left them there but will find out for sure for next time. In this photo you do not see one of the Porcini, but just another kind that was kind enough to grow close to a cliff with a nice back view
