Paris has a network of roughly 220 bike rental stations "Velibe" you can buy a 1 euro day card and ride around the city. the first half hour is free when you pick up a bike and then each hour after that is 1 euro. all you need to do is ride from station to station switching bikes and it's basically free. great way to get around Paris. quite possibly the highlight of my Paris visit this time around.
