Snowy Owl

Images of a snowy owl inhabiting a field behind Haywards Ice Stand (now closed) in Milford NH. The day was before snow fell, but a cold and blustery morning. The second day was after 6" of snow fell. It was 2 degrees F when I left the house, with wind chills around -10 F.

On both days, the owl was very still, hardly moving at all.

Thank you for sending the photos of the Snow Owl . I'm sure you did a lot of searching to find it but it was worth the effort the photos are beautiful .
