Runnells Bridge - August 31, 2009

I went out to Runnells Bridge again tonight, a little earlier this time, hoping to get another shot at the Common Nighthawks. It was a little quieter than last night, maybe 25-30. But I did have better light, as well as my flash, so the images are a little better. But they fly so fast and erratically.

Also had a Great Blue Heron, a bunch of Cedar Waxwings (that are even more difficult to catch on the wing), a nice waxing moon and a beautiful sunset.
