The Packard Motor Company brought out its’ OHV V8’s in 1955, of 320 CI and 352 CI. A year later, the 320 was dropped and a 372 CI was brought out. The big 372 was available with dual quads, and was rated at 310 HP.
On June 25,1956, the last “real” Packard rolled off the assembly line, after which, Studebaker rebadged some of its’ cars as Packards, and in 1959, the Packard name disappeared altogether.
