69 GTO Judge 400-366 Ram Air III

Pontiac replaced the 389 with the 400 in 1967. At that time multiple carburetors were prohibited by GM for all lines except the Corvette. So to get more power, Pontiac came up with the Ram Air option, which ducted cooler outside air through hood scoops into the air filter-intake assembly. The 69 version of Ram Air was called Ram Air III, and it produced 366 horsepower.
