It's September, the days are noticeably shorter, the end of summer is at hand. The cruising season is coming to an end also. The cruisers of our past will be put away, most will be worked on over the winter, making ready for next season.
It was a great night, warm and clear, and a great turnout, more cars and people than ever. A uniquely American phenomenon, most of the owners older, driving cars that hold the indelible memories of their youth. And for a few hours, it's the 1950's, 1960's and maybe the 1970's again. Old cars, old friends, and old music from the times of our lives.
