Houston, Texas-1941

Since I am unable to do any birding due to the virus, I have taken the opportunity to going through some of my older photos from last year and this one was taken in a Houston suburb at this time last year. I seem to recall someone telling me that this was one of the few times if ever a Red Phalarope in plumage colors had been seen in Houston, Texas.
