Ulva Island, New Zealand-1637
The Yellowhead or by his native name the Mohua is a a small, insect eating bird which is endemic to the native forests of New Zealand's South Island and Stewart Island, with a population of less than 5000 this little Canary looking bird is now only in small isolated populations so I was very lucky to get a couple of photos during by trip.
