Ulva Island, New Zealand-1647

Endemic to the South Island of New Zealand found only in native or old forests, larger and heavier than the New Zealand Tomtit. The cool thing about the Robin is they are naturally a tame bird and they are fearless and unsuspicious of man and unfortunately the same for introduced animals and if you walk slowly they will come within a few feet.
