There are two parts to our trip thought the Garden of Gethsemane. The first is a private Garden that we spent about an hour in. The private garden is available to tour groups and is not open to the public. Kevin preached and we had time alone to pray in the Garden. This picture is the gate to the private garden. The second gate in this series is the public garden and it's a lot more crowded.

After Kevin's preaching we scattered around the far end of the garden and prayed. It was one of the highlights of the trip for me. One of the others would come at the end of the day at Golgotha; I stuck my hand in the post hole for Jesus' cross.

A very old olive tree in the garden. No one is sure of the exact age of these trees. They are likely 1000 years old and maybe more.

The path goes along the edge of the garden and leads to the "Church of all Nations". It is a very crowded place.
