About 2 yrs ago I was traveling on Main Street heading north from Sherwin Williams towards uptown. I was in the center lane running less than 35 mph when a moped pulled out from a side street, crossed the first lane and collided into the front right side of my car. This occurred right there at the intersection near the library. He did damage to my hood, right fender, and passenger door. Also his head cracked my windshield. When the law arrived the moped driver actually tried to blame me. Luckily for everyone there was not an approaching car in the inside lane of south bound traffic because it would have been a head on collision. It was listed as a no fault accident and I had to turn it into my insurance to pay for the damages. Because this was my second claim on comprehensive my insurance rates went up. Also when I sold the car I actually lost value because of the after market parts used to fix my car.
