order number 12200774 THREE SETS OF BRAKE PADS TOO SMALL. ORDERED 11-3-11



After ordering brake pads and waited a good # of months before changing tire, I saw brake pads I bought were too small.
If you look at #1 you will see that the edge of the brake pad is shorter than the space at #2 area.
I did what I thought would be best to show the difference in size of brake pads. Im not going to take my old brake pad off and lay yours ontop of it to show. Too much trouble and this site angle should be very good view. If the brake pads were the same size the space between the ends of the both brake pads and the space between the brake pads in their centers would be the same.

The number on my box is 015203

and another # on the box is 93-39111

I bought 3 sets of back brake pads. Thats 3 boxes all the same. All pads/shoes are too small. Very close but too small. What do I do now. Im afraid at the low price of the pads, it will cost me more in postage to mail them back for a refund.

that TWO sets of brake shoes are shown. One is a 2.86 and the other at 25.99. One says it fits a 700 and the other says it fits a 500 YET YOUR SITE SAYS THESE BRAKE SHOES ARE GUARANTEED TO FIT MY BIKE. ON TOP OF THAT YOUR SITE HAS A PICTURE POSTED THAT SHOWES FRONT BRAKE PADS WHEN IN ESSENSE YOUR SITE IS DESCRIBING BACK BRAKE PADS. You have two different model brake pads, two different part numbers with two different and VERY different prices for the same bike and when I get the ones I ordered ( OF COURSE I ORDERED THE CHEAPER ONES )............... wouldnt you know it .... they are too small !!!!!!!!!!!! And I have some interesting chat logs with your sells online sells rep you might like to see !
