Great pictures! The "sheep overboard" comment on the sign refers to the reason the place is called Port Mouton ("Mouton" is "sheep" in French). It seems that way back in 1604, when Samuel de Champlain and his men were exploring the area, one of their sheep fell overboard. Of such things is history made.
