This rolling stock is manufactured by Tang Eng Iron Works in Taiwan. The variety of use of flatcar is quiet high.
In the past, it was for carrying armed cars and tanks of military force, containers as well as many large goods. It was served in Taiwan Railways from 1975 to 2011.
