Great float from the Independence Day Parade in the state capital.
I like the way she's using the palette as a shield. If you look closely at her facial expression she looks quite impish. The float was representative of a store(?) or a distribution center of some sort that recycled odd objects for the purpose of making art. The top of the float bore a line of painted coffee size cans, each with one letter to spell out "RECYCLE".
