At 7:30am, the huge diesel truck that was parked about 10 feet away from my tent in the spot pictured above fired up. Apparently the owner just wanted to make sure the chilly temps (50 F) didn't sieze up his engine because after about 15 minutes, he turned it back off and went about his morning. This secured my decision that I couldn't spend another night in this campground and so my adventure continued.
