In addition to the pike we were seeing, we saw a whack of Lake Whitefish. There was an article in the local newspaper recently about the discovery of a bunch of dead Lake Whitefish at Sylvan Lake. The speculation was that they had starved. No shortage of live ones in this vicinity.
