First day of fishing here on Abaco Island! Flew from Calgary-Chicago-Jacksonville on Tues. March 12/03; meet up with Bruce B. and Dave D. We golf the next day (shoot 43-47); then it's off to the Gatornationals Fri/Sat/Sun. Almost miss Chicago-Jacksonville leg ("you're not CONFIRMED") but all works out okay. Jess and Mac come down for the weekend as well! Monday March 17, fly Jacksonville-Miami-Marsh Harbour. Meet up with Frank S. and Brent S. in Miami - they almost miss the flight due to security delays, but all's well in the end. We find our way to "Casa Mar", Buck Rissler's cool house near Little Harbour, and have a "few" rums; play a bit of guitar. Oh, and within minutes of our arrival, Frank and Brent are blind-casting "Gotchas" into the surf on the beach... and they each hook and land good-sized bonefish!!!
