The family had a dream vacation to California to visit San Francisco, Yosemite, and Sea Ranch/Gualala. My son, Brian, daughter-in-law, Dawn, and grand kids; Marianne, TJ, and Robyn had a jamb packed 10 days. We biked across the Golden Gate Bridge; ferried to Alcatraz; visited the California Science Center; hob nobbed at the Fairmont on Nob Hill; walked all over San Francisco; hiked much of Yosemite; climbed Vernal Falls; viewed the giant red woods; saw a bear; tide pooled; flew kites; viewed sunset from Sentinel Dome; visited with cousins, uncles, aunts; reminisced with old friends; rode cable cars and BART; ate at China Town, Fisherman's Wharf, and Ghirardelli Square; played Petanque, Scotland Yard, and Monopoly; learned a little Yoga; attended the Rex Burnett Classic Auto Show; and, oh, yeah, my niece got engaged. Congratulations Kim! Now we are happy to be home and resting up from the trip!
