The man ~ The Mountain and ~ The Machine

An attempt to portray the thrill of a mountain ride.
For the technocrats:
Bike ...Triumph Sprint rs
Camera ... Canon 5D with 17 - 40 mm
Camera was bolted to the bike frame at the rear right foot peg and fired with a cable release at the left hand grip.

Wow, this is a great concept. I'm not sure I could do what you did, I'd be so afraid of road grime or bugs winding up on my camera lens or gear...

Thanks Dave..its all very early days yet and I'm still learning..only dry roads...only roads with no debris...only for about 15 minutes at a time...may try some high shutter speed and flash next.... dont tell my insurance company..hehehe

Very cool and crazy.
The camera looks pretty damn near the road there - be careful!
A really original set of pictures and I reckon there's all sorts of potential with this rig.
Combining differences in shutter speed and actually bike speed is sure to yield some great results. Can you change the perspective? Thought about taking her thought busy streets? The bikle looks sweet.
