Ok,so there's no image quality. Coming off an elevated expressway at about 100 k.p.h. Its O.K. for the police to sit like this ~ no law breaking here. But, they will pick on a taxi with a foreigner in it; 'fine' the driver for a miniscule infringement, 'cos they know we will probably pay for the taxi driver's fine. The going rate for police bribes is about 200 Baht ($6AUD)
