The Strand Theater on Duval Street in Key West opened in the early 1920s. It became became the home of the Ripley’s Believe It Or Not Odditorium in 1993. The theater closed in 2002. It has since become a Walgreens 24-hour pharmacy but retains its ornate exterior trappings.
