Traditional to the artic, where inukshuks are used for many things. real ones are used as a direction finder (no roads), usually, one arm is longer on one side that the other, it shows the direction to go to find a settlement. If there are bones on top, it means that nearby, under a pile of rocks, you'll find food. All homes have teacups outside the door, if you visit and there's no one home, you simple turn the cup upside down. Inuksuks also mean ... welcome.
