Maybe you could write your comment again in a script I can read. But thank you for drawing attention to this picture, because the original caption "Rice Storage house" is of course incorrect. I believe this is a school building, in Ban Jhong Xa, a Yaomien village in Muang Sing District. the occasion is Yao New Year, and the people are rehearsing for a ceremony that will take place just before dawn the next morning, when the young people will go into the fields to collect flowers as offerings to elders/ancestors.
