This is the roof of our business downtown.
Audrey and I have a custom picture framing business
and a photography studio in the same building.
We have a big flat roof, 50ft x 125ft which I get to patch occasionally.
Our yearly rainfall is usually around 35 inches,
and we have already had 36 inches and it is just July!
I have been on the roof a lot lately.
Nice views thank goodness.

As an update, since this picture was taken, we have coated the roof with white elastomeric material
and it is working much better!
