I remember making flags of many different countries
of the world in this room.

I also remember studying flash cards of some of the famous
paintings in the world in grade school art classes.
One of the images I distinclty remember was The Gleaners,
by Millet. While I was in the Navy, we visited Paris,
and I will never forget the feelings I had walking up to the actual
painting in the Louvre, many years later.

It is a real shame that the arts are getting short changed in
many school systems today. We should do better.
