Sometimes with an image like this I personally prefer to let it be just itself. Almost like a painting.
I will answer your question though since you are curious.
This is a detail shot of a very large lathe. It is probably the largest lathe I have ever seen in person.
It is called an engine lathe and is used by a local metal fabrication shop. The orange in the image is coolant which is collected in a tray below the lathe. The "sunspots" are drops of oil in the coolant.
And the blue is the bottom of the side of the lathe. Hope that clears it up for you. Thanks for your interest.
