1916 Sears Master 3-speed bicycle. The 3-speed gears were made by Sturmey Archer, a British company. They stopped exporting 3 speeds in large numbers after WWI began. They began exporting them again in the late 1940s.

Early Bianchi with Cambio Corsa shifter on the rear wheel (note the two levers). One releases the rear wheel so that its reposition in the dropout can free up chain slack; the other one moves the chain to a different cog on the rear sprocket.

I have an old postcard that shows a street scene and a store front that is Bryant Bros. Bicycles, 322 19 St. City and State unknown. They have an advertisement in their store window of Tribune Bicycles, The KING of Them All. There is also a bicycle outside with the name of the store and the address on it. The scene appears to be very early 1900's. Can you tell me what city the store was in?

The picture of a black and red Schwinn spring forked bike is a Phantom NOT a Hornet.
I'm a 70 year old who owned, rode and enjoyed both.

can anyone give any info on a bike i have aquired. it has the word hornet on the front of the frame. it is a 16in. with hard rubber tires a girls frame , chrome fenders. the rear wheel was made by torpedo. there are numbers on the rear of the frame by the rear wheel, the numbers are 35.20 mo 820865. if anyone knows who made it, when and the appox. value in good working cond. i would be greatly thankful. thank you duane

I just came across a Tribune Bike. I cannot find any history on it at all (other than the blue streak, drive shaft). It is a red/white comfort bike with a light on front fender and h horn below the cross bar. Any info would be much appreciated. Thanks

Hello,
I need some help. I can't find any information on the Tribune bicycle. I have a tank that mounts under the crossbar it is 1'9" lomg, 21/2" wide and 21/2 high, it tapers down on the front and in the back so it can fit, it has original black paint with the name Tribune in gold. If you or anyone you know can tell me something it would be greatly appriciated. Thanks. Ken.
