Fred came for dinner and created a beautiful dessert: puff pastry with chocolate mousse, raspberry coulis and fresh raspberries, garnished with mint.

If I were you, I would have him for dinner every night. He does such a good job. And, of course you do very good with the photo composition. I like the accent the flowers provide.
