The 10th anniversary of this extraordinary festival is even better -- everything somehow enhanced in quality yet again. 1400 boats, more small sailing boats than I have ever seen in my life, full of character. Sailing in the Gulf was superb, though always subject to the vagaries of weather, a bit of everything. Joie de vivre and camaderie superb too, a real meeting of enthusiasts.
