Wow, what a blow! Loch Ness was quiet last year and ferocious this year, with Force 5/6 and big waves as the wind funnelled towards the top. Never mind, all 18 boats met the challenge and arrived at the great sea lock into the Moray Firth, and it's good to hear first timers who had one of the toughest Sail Cals looking forward to returning next year. There's no more challenging and exhilerating raid in the world.
