Thankfully this wonderful festival was able to go ahead despite Covid, with safety measures in place. It was as ebullient, lively and fascinating as always, with huge crowds every day. This was its 10th anniversary, a special occasion, and countries that had been guests of honour other years were there to help celebrate, with their people, produce and boats.
