This gentlemen has been a fixture in the Niagara Falls area for the past several
years. He is soliciting money ... as his sign says ... for a new leg. He has probably collected enough to
purchase 20 legs. Panhandling in Niagara Falls is illegal and caution should be exercised by visitors.
