ROSBERGS DEPARTMENT STORE

Niagara Falls, Ontario

CLosed now for many years this building has
remained vacant. A sad reminder of a store that
feel victim to the big box stores like K-Mart/Walmart etc.
Located on the corner of Queen Street and Erie Avenue.

It was a part of my life during a more carefree time. My mother would do all of her shopping there, while as a kid, I would pretend that I worked there, running the elevator.

I am so sadden to hear of the loss of Rosbergs...... I still remember the smell when you walked in the side entrance.... a smell I will never forget...
