What megapixel setting are you using for the fuji macro garden shots and do you need a tripod to get them in focus?

I also have the FinePix 3800 but have been having problems with color. I've read many other reviews and color never seems to be a problem for anyone else. Skin tones are especially "off". Any suggestions?

Have just started a University course with many field trips....need to make accurate sketches of surroundings etc, what better way to look back at what this silly sketch means than actually having a good quality, easily retrievable image...so i looked towards a digital camera. Having looked around (Jessops.com and dpreview.com) Came across this camera and your review...now having read the review and seen the quality of the images it gives...will now go out tomorrow to have a proper look and will i think end up buying...

and also..how did u focus on the object and same time make the background look blurish? example those pictures (CLOVER,PEACOCk2,SMALL HEATH, MAP BUTTERFLY) was the picture altered using some software or it is raw from the camera? maybe u could teach me what settings u set by taking those pictures email me :)

Fantastic pictures...i own a S304/3800 too..by the way..did u take all the pictures with any added accessories? i mean like additional lens or jez the origital 6x zoom lens?

I read your review of the Fujifilm Finepix Camera and was interested to see the pictures you have taken. They are fantastic! I currently own a Fujifilm 2.0 Megapixel (3x zoom), but was interested in a little more detail. Also, I have noticed my camera does not blur the background like my SLR and was thrilled to see focus of your camera. Thank you for the additional information on your review that allowed me to see what I was looking for!
