The Friends of Colby Village chip in to purchase a handful of books to pass out to some members on the city's local boards and committees to help them understand just how to do the right thing.
They all signed off on whatever that developer did. If they dont know what they are doing then they should be cast out and replaced with people who will educate themselves on matters that concern the boards.
