I don't know why, i'll let you know if i hear... One of the french guests we had said that maybe so many finnish houses are painted warm red because it's so cold here... Btw. :)

I like them too. I wonder why w h i t e houses in a cold country like Norway (cold at winter). I'd think Spain, Greece, white houses to fit. I like w h i t e.
