front porch self portrait

on my front porch in Menominee, MI

...movers came today and moved the
furniture in; still have some things
at Mike's apartment, but I'm declaring
a holiday for me. Here's where I intend
to spend summers (and maybe lots of the
winter if Hurricane Ivan finally fulfills my fears)

This looks like a nice relaxing spot. Florida certainly seems to be getting lots of hits this hurricane season (and this election year) - perhaps God is sending Floridian voters a message that they must do better this time round!
