Down in the bottom of the main crater we saw this large vent. Aside from the vog everywhere, this was about the only immediate evidence on volcanic activity we found right down in the crater itself. We did see white-tailed tropicbirds flying around in the crater, but they were too far out in the vog to capture any great images from where we were.
