Eumaeus childreanae

This was one of those shots where the butterfly was perching on a plant downslope of the roadcut with a steep slope beneath. So I had to hold on to Melanie by the belt while she hung out over the edge to grab this shot. It was the only superb cycadian we found on the trip and is still the only one we have ever seen.
