We snapped this shot of a fly-by white-eared at the flower banks on the grounds of the hotel Puesta del Sol, a beautiful high elevation spot a few hours south of Oaxaca City. Puesta del Sol made for a terrific stop-over location on the way to the coast, and was the only place we found several of the species of birds from this trip.
