Sometimes luck or serendipity play a larger role in capturing an interesting image than does a photograher's skill. We really just happened to be at the right place and time as a heavy fog rolled in to obscure this colorful tropical bird just enough to add this ethereal feel. We just happened to have the camera at hand to grab this quick hand-held shot. Moments later, the fog was too thick to capture another image of this trogon.
