Swallow-Tailed Kites

This photo shows about half of the kites we found in a large kettle riding the updrafts one afternoon on the road to San Isidro. Awesome to see so many neat raptors together.

Nice capture John. I watched a similar group over Arenal Volcano in Costa Rica earlier this year......fantastic birds to watch.
