I met this turtle snorkeling in the Red Sea - £1,000 with mount.

I met this turtle snorkeling in the Red Sea, one is not supposed to touch the marine life
but this chap kept bumping into me, obviously this rule only works one-way!
He was huge and had a thick shell covered in algae, it was love at first sight....

With white mount 21" x 18"

Love the painting and love the story. Turtles are gentle and elegant; didn't realize that they're friendly as well. At least the ones in Watamu seem to like their distance. Must be something special about you... Nice work!
