Judi,

I grew up with Gauss, so to speak, going to school in Braunschweig, Germany. Gauss, many years earlier, was a geographer in the neighborhood. I studied mathematics (and theoretical physics). That may not be Gaussian blur but it is Gaussian in spirit.

How is life in the Carolinas?
